Returns
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return and give you the return address.
Items we cannot accept
- Opened inks, pretreatments and cleaning solutions, for quality and safety reasons.
- Products damaged by incorrect storage or use.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you received the wrong item or a product is faulty, email us with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you, including the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the product price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
