About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on this website, operated by Moc Da Lat Co., Ltd, trading as HAX. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
HAX inks, pretreatments and cleaning solutions are third-party supplies designed to work with the printers listed on each product page. Printer brand names are used only to describe compatibility; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers.
Product photos are for illustration. Packaging may differ from the images shown.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel an order affected by such an error, with a full refund of any payment. Some items are sold on quotation; for these, the quoted price and terms apply.
Correct use
Follow the handling, storage and safety guidance supplied with each product. Test new inks and pretreatments on sample garments before production runs. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect use, storage or printer settings.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the products concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
